With the addition of Christa Schallock as a shareholder in the company in 2023, Schallock & Davis CPAs was formed.  Christa joined our firm in September 2020 and enjoys working and building relationships with her clients. 

With a Master’s in Accountancy and B.S. in Business Management from Rocky Mountain College, Christa provides tax services for our firm.  Previous experience in governmental auditing and bookkeeping for local businesses around the valley allows her to understand and aid her clients in organizing and understanding their businesses.

Christa and her husband Mike, both born and raised in the Mission Valley, enjoy raising their two daughters in the beauty that home has to offer.  She enjoys music, reading, traveling, spending time with her family and being active.

Brad Huber

Brad Huber joined Schallock Davis & Huber CPAs as a Partner in 2024, bringing over a decade of diversified experience in public accounting and advisory services. He specializes in tax strategy, financial planning, and compliance for small- to mid-sized businesses across industries such as construction, agriculture, and real estate. Prior to joining the firm, Brad developed his expertise at regional CPA practices, where he earned a reputation for clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
 
Brad holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from the University of Montana’s School of Business Administration and is a licensed CPA in the State of Montana. Based in Polson, he is deeply committed to supporting his community both professionally and personally. Outside the office, Brad enjoys exploring Montana’s outdoors, volunteering with local nonprofits, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Ronnie R. Davis

partner emeritus

Ron founded Ronnie R. Davis CPA, PC in 1978 after practicing in the area with local and regional CPA firms. As a seasoned tax and accounting professional with over 40 years of experience, Ron has assisted thousands of individuals, families and small businesses navigate the complex US tax code and challenging business and financial issues.

Ron earned BS and MS degrees from Montana State University. He proudly served in the military as a military policeman and accounting specialist during the Vietnam Conflict.

Ron and wife Linda have three children, all living in Northwest Montana with their families.

Schallock Davis & Huber CPAs, PLLC has proudly served Montana businesses since Ronnie R. Davis founded the firm in 1978. Built on a foundation of trust, expertise, and personal service, the firm has evolved to meet the growing needs of today’s small to mid-sized businesses—expanding its offerings in tax planning, payroll solutions, and full-service bookkeeping.
 
In 2023, Christa Schallock joined as partner, bringing fresh leadership and a forward-thinking approach to client service. With the retirement of Ronnie Davis in 2024, Brad Huber came on board, and the firm was renamed Schallock Davis & Huber CPAs, PLLC.
 
Today, we combine decades of experience with a modern, client-focused mindset—offering the capabilities of a larger firm while delivering the personalized service growing businesses deserve.

Lisa Rochin

Accountant

With a degree in Business-Accounting from Montana State University, Lisa provides tax and bookkeeping for our firm. Her experience in public and private accounting consists of local CPA firms, the regional firm of Eide Bailly in Billings, Jore Corporation, and Mission Mountain Enterprises.

Lisa joined our team in 2002, and appreciates the personal relationships, along with the quality accounting services we offer to our clients.

She has lived in Polson for over 30 years, and she and her husband Mark have a blended family with six beautiful daughters. She enjoys theater, music, sports and baking.

Marie Fong

Payroll Department Manager, Bookkeeper

Marie joined the team in January of 2004 as Payroll provider and Receptionist. She now works full time as a Payroll Provider with 55+ companies, Bookkeeper, and troubleshooter.

Marie has over 25 years experience in payroll, which included auditing payroll records and tax enforcement with the Idaho State Tax Commission. She is also a Notary Public for the State of Montana.

Marie has lived in the Polson area since 1999. She and her husband David, have been married for over 40 years and she has three children. Her interests include cooking, writing, traveling and singing with her husband.

Belen Robbins

Supervised Tax Preparer, Bookkeeper

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Belen has always had a love for the place her mother called home.

After high school, Belen’s interests in college were Accounting and Human Resources. She joined the firm in 2008 and performs administrative duties, including bookkeeping and supervised tax preparation.

Married in 1986 to a native Montanan, Carl, they decided to move to Montana in 1995 and have been blessed with living in this beautiful area. Together they have 4 children, 10 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Belen is involved in many community activities including line dancing instruction and spends her time crafting. Belen and her youngest son have a booth at Polson’s Farmer’s Market where they display their art which consists of handmade cribbage boards, wooden banks, and many other gift items.

Lisa Geiger

Payroll Manager, Bookkeeper

Lisa joined the team in 2019 after more than 12 years working in finance and billing in the healthcare industry. Having earned an MBA in 2013, Lisa provides full payroll services to more than 80 companies. She enjoys forming meaningful relationships with her clients which free them up to focus on running their businesses while we handle their payroll compliance needs.

Lisa moved to Polson in 2002, earned two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Montana in 2008, and then returned to Polson where she met and married her amazing husband, Alex. Together they have two wonderful boys and are grateful to call Polson their home.

Darlene Beeks

Accountant

Darlene has been a highly valued employee with our firm since June 2021. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from the University of Montana. As she works toward gaining experience in the vast accounting world, her effort and continued dedication to our firm provides our clients with the utmost in customer service.

Darlene, a fifth-generation Montanan, and her husband Jake, both raised in the Mission Valley, blended their families in August 2013. They enjoy spending time in the great outdoors and with their two grandchildren.

John Laimbeer

Shareholder Agent

John Laimbeer graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, CA with a B.S. in Marine Biology in 1970. John and his wife, Elizabeth, married in December of 1992 and moved to Polson in 2001 to raise their two boys when he retired from Boeing Defense & Space Systems in Seattle, WA.

John has worked for our firm since 2015.

When John can get away during the summer, you’ll find him kayaking the pristine waters of our lovely state.

Briana Thompson

Bookkeeper

Briana earned her degree in Business Management from the University of Montana in 2011. Her professional background in public entity human resources perfectly complements the quality, productivity, and effectiveness of her work as she maximizes the bookkeeping services she has been providing for our firm since September 2022.

Briana and her husband Kelly moved back to her hometown of Ronan in August 2022 to raise quarter horses in the Mission Valley. Briana is also a photographer and enjoys backcountry horseback riding, reading, and being home on the ranch.

Karee Azure-TakesHorse

Accounting Assistant

Karee joined the team in late 2024. With an extensive career in customer service and accounting, she wraps up the Schallock Davis & Huber team. She provides excellent service to our clients in a friendly and professional manner.

Born and raised in Montana, Karee, her husband Ben, and their two daughters moved from Billings to Polson in 2016 to be closer to family.

Karee enjoys art, music, numbers, and adventuring with family in all the beauty this area has to offer.
